In Their Own Words


For a small school, Sewanee has a lot going on. Dreamt up by our VP of Marketing & Communications, In Their Own Words was a series of stories presented as long-form quotations to share the very best of Sewanee. From C-suite executives who majored in art to beloved (and almost stereotypical) English professors, we were able to create compelling content that could be leveraged by partners across campus while tapping into alumni’s nostalgia, students’ love for their professors and classmates, and prospective students’ excitement.
